Herman to sponsor NSCA Fall Business Conference July 2007

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, July 24, 2007 — The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) is pleased to announce that Herman Procurement and Logistics will sponsor the 10th Annual Fall Business Conference, October 21-23 at San Diego's Paradise Point Resort and Spa. Living up to its reputation as the premier forum for industry members to exchange ideas and hone their business skills, this event offers educational sessions designed for executives and managers in the commercial electronic systems industry. The event is limited to 150 attendees.

“We are grateful to the sponsors of this conference. Without them, we would not be able to host such a successful event,” said Chuck Wilson, NSCA Executive Director. “The Fall Business Conference is an important event in the industry, because it truly helps commercial electronic systems companies develop more strategic business practices.”

NSCA’s Fall Business Conference offers two tracks of educational seminars. The executive track, designed for CEOs, business owners, presidents and general managers, covers trends affecting business and provides strategies for business planning. The management track focuses on the daily issues facing vice presidents, service managers, senior operations managers, and financial managers. In addition, NSCA’s Excellence in Business Awards will be presented during the conference. The awards recognize contracting companies with outstanding success resulting from a “best in class” business strategy.

Keynote speakers include Bill Brooks, CEO, The Brooks Group and Steve Farber, president of Extreme Leadership, Inc. During his session, "How to Sell at Margins Higher than Your Competitors," Brooks will divulge profit-boosting secrets gained from years of personal experience. Farber’s presentation "The Radical Leap: Extreme Leadership at Work," will reveal strategies for building meaningful business relationships.
